1. Costs are excluding VAT. 2. Payment options include a 6 month or 12 month payment option PAID IN ADVANCE. 3. All information, logos (where applicable), photos and pdf files are to be supplied by the client/advertiser. 4. High resolution logos (where applicable) are required. 5. Quotation is valid for 30 days only. 6. A signed order or an order number is required prior to any arrangements being made. 7. Payment terms are “Payable on receipt of invoice” and payment is to be made as indicated on the invoice. 8. SERVICE CONTRACT: a. The Food Safety Network website provides free public access to information and to a directory of subscribed businesses, job seekers and vacancies. Advertisers/subscribers using our services are subject to the Terms and Conditions. b. After completing The Food Safety Network registration form and making your payment, your subscription will commence on the 1st day of the next month i.e. if you make payment on 10 October your subscription will commence on 1 November. 9. CANCELLATIONS a. Subscriptions paid in advance are not refundable. b. Prices are subject to change on renewal of contracts. c. Should you wish to cancel or withdraw your advert, please inform us in writing. 10. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS a. The Food Safety Network reserves the right to remove advertising from the website for overdue/unpaid accounts whilst the subscriber shall be liable for the service until the conditions of notice of cancellation are fulfilled. 11. ENDORSEMENT a. The Food Safety Network does not endorse any advertiser/subscriber. b. The Food Safety Networks’ logo and details may not be used in any way without written permission from the General Manager of The Food Safety Network. 12. DECLARATION a. You declare that you subscribe to and support the objectives of The Food Safety Network (Visit www.thefoodsafetynetwork.co.za) and comply with food safety requirements. b. You also declare that you comply with the relevant legal requirements that apply to your sector. 13. The terms and conditions stated above may change periodically. You agree to view the terms and conditions and unless otherwise notified, The Food Safety Network shall deem you to have agreed to all terms and conditions therein within 14 days of any changes. Thank you! By accepting these terms and conditions you or the authorized applicant on behalf of the company acknowledges they have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to abide thereby. The applicant warrants that they are duly authorized to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of the company, failing which; all obligations and liability in terms thereof become the personal obligations and liabilities of the applicant.
